What is Stewardship HQ?
Stewardship HQ is a secure, cloud-based church management platform that brings member records, families, groups, attendance, giving, and reporting into one organized system. It is built to help churches spend less time managing paperwork and more time focused on ministry.
Is Stewardship HQ available now?
Stewardship HQ is currently in its pre-launch phase. We are inviting a limited number of founding churches to explore the platform, schedule demonstrations, and participate in early access as we prepare for public release.
What features are included in the first release?
The initial release includes member and family profiles, groups and ministry rosters, attendance tracking, gift and fund records, year-end giving statements, reporting, data import tools, and role-based staff access.
Can you move our existing church records?
Yes. Stewardship HQ is designed to help churches transition from spreadsheets or older systems. Founding churches can receive guided data migration so their member and giving records can be organized before they begin using the platform. *some records may have to be manually moved over if the export isn't compatible.Â
Does Stewardship HQ include online giving?
Online giving is planned for a future release and is not part of the initial platform launch. The roadmap includes secure giving pages, recurring gifts, fund selection, and payment options such as card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and text-to-give.
Will more features be added later?
Yes. Stewardship HQ will continue to grow after launch. Planned enhancements include a member portal, member self-service profiles, event registration, public forms, church communications, additional integrations, and expanded permissions for ministry leaders. Release dates will be shared as development milestones are completed.
