Stop Six develops, owns, and operates the Stewardship HQ cloud-based membership and stewardship management platform for churches and ministries, together with associated websites, APIs, and support channels.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Stop Six generally acts as the “controller” of personal information relating to users of the Services and visitors to our websites, and as a “processor” of certain Customer Data when we process information on behalf of churches and ministries using the Stewardship HQ platform.

Church and Ministry Information
Information about your church or organization, such as legal name, physical address, denominational or affiliation details, and administrative structure.
Customer configuration data such as fund names, group structures, and other organizational metadata you define in Stewardship HQ.
Member and Stewardship Information (Customer Data)
Member profiles, family relationships, attendance records, contributions, funds, giving history, and related notes that you or your authorized users upload, enter, or import into the platform.
Contact details for members and donors, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses, subject to your organization’s own consent and notice processes.

Stop Six does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 via public-facing websites, and organizations using Stewardship HQ are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents for children’s information they choose to store in the platform. Where applicable law treats children’s data as sensitive, organizations must obtain appropriate parental consent before collecting or processing such data.
