FORT WORTH, Texas, September 23, 2026 — Stop Six Corporation today announced the commercial release of Stewardship HQ, a cloud-based church management and membership platform built for the small and mid-sized congregations that make up most of America’s churches. Stewardship HQ gives each church its own secure, private system for managing members, families, groups, attendance, and contributions. It turns those records into the reports a church office depends on, from year-end giving statements to fund summaries for trustees and attendance trends for planning.
Most of the nation’s estimated 350,000 congregations have fewer than 200 people in weekly attendance and are run by a part-time secretary or a volunteer clerk. Many still keep the membership roll in a spreadsheet, giving in a paper ledger, and attendance on a clipboard, because most church software has been priced and designed for large churches with several staff members.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED FROM DAY ONE
Every church receives the complete product on the day it signs up, with no modules to unlock, no per-feature charges, and no per-member fees. The launch release includes:
- complete member profiles with membership status, photos, and custom fields
- family and household management
- unlimited groups for choirs, usher boards, auxiliaries, and classes
- attendance by head count, individual check-in, or both
- contribution records across customizable funds, with envelope numbers
Year-end giving statements include the IRS charitable-contribution acknowledgment language, with the church’s name filled in automatically. Every fund, attendance, and membership report prints on the church’s own letterhead. The release also includes duplicate merging, Advanced Search with saved Lists, a spreadsheet importer that previews every row before saving, and a Print Center for labels, directories, name tags, and rosters.
Stewardship HQ runs in any web browser on phones, tablets, and computers, with nothing to install. Each church has its own web address and its own private database, so no congregation’s records are ever mixed with another’s. Four permission roles let each church decide who can see giving records, and an activity log records significant actions in every account. Churches can export their people records at any time at no charge, and Stop Six Corporation never sells church data or uses it for advertising.

Every band includes every feature. Churches that pay annually receive two months free plus an additional $15 off. There is no setup fee and no contract, data migration is free, and support is included at every price. Congregations that join during the founding season receive preferential pricing held for the life of the account.
Bishop D. J. Harris and the Greater Church of Texas will serve as the official launch customer of Stewardship HQ. Bishop Harris was the platform’s first official tester, working with Stewardship HQ ahead of its commercial release.
